I was sent the wrong battery even after I called cust service, I was told to get a ra, but it would take a couple weeks to exchange & I would have to pay for return & reshipping to me. I use my cell for buisness & needed the battery asap, I bought a new phone in the mean time, wanted a refund, got charged for restocking, 20 percent, plus I had to pay for sending product back to oem. This was not my fault as I called oem & they said it would fit my chocolate phone.
