I ordered this item and it arrived a day or two later. It's not really how it looks in the picture, the background is a silver with a light leopard print over top, not really the bold color over white like it shows. It arrived broken on one side. I'll probably not send it back, the shipping will cost just as much as buying a new one. Overall not the best case i have for my phone but the clip will come in handy one day.

We lost the charger for my wife's LG Chocolate phone while traveling. The charger for my Motorola phone works with her LG, but it was inconvenient to try to juggle time for recharging. Also, Lithium cell phone batteries can start fires if not charged with the right voltage and current, so it makes sense to use the right charger. I'm leery of the cheap "universal" chargers, for this reason.

I have no complaints with the battery (at least not in the two days I've had it), but the first one I was sent was the wrong model, so I had to wait another week for the right one to be sent. That said, when I called and explained the problem, they were quick to acknowledge fault and said they would send the right one; it would have been nice if they'd offered expedited shipping to make it up to me, but that didn't seem to occur to them.

Battery is great so far.

I started out really liking this product because I could charge my phone quickly while on the go, but soon found that the wiring link separated and it became useless. I wish that the manufacturer could develop good sheathing so that separation of wires does not occur (due to the plastic cover over the wires breaking and coming off).
